A quick explanation of what's included, how orders are handled and what happens with the information you share.
1. Introductory video editing offer
For $23, RABER edits one vertical MP4 video of up to 60 seconds using up to 3 minutes of original footage recorded and supplied by the customer. This introductory offer includes cuts, captions, simple on-screen text, music, basic audio/color adjustments and 2 revision rounds. Filming, scriptwriting, complex animations and video production from scratch are not included. Clients seeking multiple videos can contact RABER for a custom proposal.
2. Delivery & revisions
The first version is estimated in 1–2 business days after payment verification and receipt of the full original footage and instructions. The two revision rounds cover adjustments to the initial brief; substantial changes to the concept or replacement footage may require a separate quote.
3. Orders, payment & refunds
The $23 introductory video edit is purchased through the PayPhone payment link after submitting the order form. RABER verifies payment manually; completing the form is not proof of payment. Multi-video projects are quoted separately following direct contact and are not available through the $23 checkout. If a purchased project is outside the included scope, we can provide a separate quote or discuss a refund according to applicable PayPhone rules and the stage of work.
4. Transferring footage
Smash is an independent file-transfer service. To identify your footage, enter the same name used on the order form. Do not send patient records, confidential case files, identifying health data, passwords or other sensitive third-party information. Only provide content you have permission to use. You remain responsible for the truthfulness and regulatory compliance of the professional statements in your video.
5. Contact information & privacy
The name, email, phone, profile link and creative instructions you submit are used by RABER to organize and deliver your editing order, communicate with you and resolve payment questions. Order forms are handled by Netlify; payments by PayPhone; file transfers by Smash. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms. RABER does not intentionally publish your submitted information.
