A few things worth knowing.
When does the 1–2 business day delivery window start?
Once PayPhone payment is verified and we have all your original footage, reference links and instructions. The timeframe is for the first edited version; revision turnaround is separate and depends on the requested adjustments.
Do I need a Smash account?
No. You can send files through Smash without creating an account. Enter info@rabermkt.com as the recipient and include the same name you used on your order.
What counts as a revision?
Adjustments to captions, timing, music, graphics or similar details within the original brief. A new concept, new script or replacement of most original footage is a separate request.
Can you edit English- or Spanish-language videos?
Yes. For technical English content, please provide approved wording or a transcript for accurate on-screen captions. We primarily coordinate in writing and may use translation assistance.
Can we communicate in English?
Yes, in writing. My spoken language is Spanish, and I don't speak English for calls. I can read and reply to written English messages with translation assistance. Please send instructions, questions and feedback by email or WhatsApp.
What if my footage is longer or needs complex animation?
This introductory offer includes up to 3 minutes of footage YOU record and a final video up to 60 seconds. For longer footage, complex animation or multiple videos, contact us for a custom quote.
What if I pay but my project doesn't fit the offer?
We'll review the scope with you. If it falls outside the offer, you can choose a separate quote or request a refund under the applicable PayPhone payment rules. Please do not send confidential client or patient records.
Do you write scripts or provide filming?
No. This is video editing only: you record and provide the original material. You approve any professional, medical or legal claims in your content.
